It's Saint Patrick's Day!!!!Today we celebrate Saint Patrick who converted Ireland to Christianity. Legend also has it that he drove the snakes out of Ireland. There's no way to prove he did or didn't but there's nary a snake to be found on the Emerald Isle. (I wish someone could tell me who the wag was who called Senator Joe McCarthy -- best known for his witch hunt for communists in the 50s --
