I don't think the Morat Flesh tone has come out all that well in the pictures, but in person the skin has more depth to it. Initially I had intended to paint the flesh as red and highlight by adding different red and flesh pigments, however this proved to look terrible over a black primer coat.
So in the end I used a mixture of GW Shadow Grey and Rackham Red as the base coat, then highlighted with Rackham Red and successive mixtures of Vallejo Pale Flesh. Trust me the result is better than the picture suggests.
The eyes I wanted to look cold and alien so I left them black.
